Not a huge day in NaNoland--especially considering the fact that the nano site tells you to start out with a bang because by mid-month you'll be dragging. On my half-hour lunch break I (ate lunch and) wrote 310 words. Not too shabby. I'm going to be busy for the next few days, so I don't expect to do much better than this for a while.Labels: writing

Sometimes I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. I've been married nearly 20 years to my soulmate of 28 years, and we own a cute little house in Sunny Southern California. We share our life with 2 spoiled Bulldogs & a cat, a great big extended family & tons of friends. My goal for 2012 is to finish the novel I'm writing with my best friend Michele. Stay tuned!

Sending lots of cherry vibes that your nano goes well. I didn't get around to signing up, so I may do it once I'm over this stupid oral surgery I had yesterday, just so I can play too. I need something to kick my writing butt into gear!
