Healthy Lifestyle Update

Today the scale says I've lost 25 pounds. Yay! I'm halfway to my goal. Just thought I'd share.

Way to go - that's fab!! I went to the gym yesterday and today, after a loooong absence. Feels great.

It really does feel good to get back in the gym. I've been walking every night, but I used to go to the gym regularly. I need to get back there too.
